Webmail is your mailbox in a browser — no app to install, nothing to configure. It works from any computer or phone browser, which makes it perfect for checking business email on the go.
✅ Before you start
- Your full email address (e.g. [email protected]) and that mailbox's password — this is the email account's own password, not your cPanel password
★ Way 1: The direct webmail address (fastest)
- Visit webmail.yourdomain.com in your browser (replace yourdomain.com with your real domain).
- Enter your full email address and its password.
- Click Log in — your inbox opens.
Way 2: Through cPanel (no password typing)
- Log in to cPanel → Email Accounts.
- Click "Check Email" next to the mailbox you want.
- Webmail opens already signed in.
✅ Result: You can read, reply, compose and organize email right in the browser — folders, contacts and settings included. Everything you do in Webmail is the same mailbox your phone app sees.
Tip for shared computers: always use the Logout button when finished, and never let the browser save the email password on a machine others use.
⚠ Common mistakes & fixes
- "Invalid login" with the cPanel password: the mailbox has its own password. If you've forgotten it, reset it in cPanel → Email Accounts → Manage (see "How to Change Your Email Password & Quota").
- Webmail address doesn't open: DNS may not be pointing here yet, or is still propagating. Meanwhile use Way 2 through cPanel — it always works.
- Typing only the username: webmail needs the COMPLETE address — [email protected], not just "info".
