If something is not working — or you simply need a hand — a support ticket is the fastest way to reach the ZedgeHost team. Tickets keep everything in one place, so nothing gets lost like it can in chat messages.
✅ Before you start
- Log in to your client area
- For "how to" questions, a quick search of this Knowledgebase may answer you instantly
Steps
- Log in at my.zedgehost.com
- Open Support → Open Ticket (also called Submit a Ticket).
- Choose the department: "General Enquiries" — this department handles all questions.
- Select the service or domain your question is about, if asked.
- Write a clear subject — for example: "My website shows a 500 error".
- Explain in the message: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and when it started. Attach a screenshot of any error if you can — it speeds things up a lot.
- Choose a priority (Medium is fine for most issues) and click Submit.
✅ Result: Your ticket is created and you receive a confirmation email with the ticket number. Our reply also arrives by email, and you can follow and reply to the ticket any time from Support → My Tickets.
Tips for a faster resolution
- One problem per ticket — separate issues in separate tickets get solved faster.
- Include your domain name when the question is about a specific website.
- Never share passwords in a ticket. We will never ask for your client area password.
- You can also email [email protected] — but a ticket from your logged-in account proves the account is yours, so account changes are only done through tickets.
