Every ZedgeHost service runs on invoices — hosting, domains, renewals. This article shows exactly where your unpaid invoices live and how paying one works, step by step.
✅ Before you start
- Log in to the client area at my.zedgehost.com
- You will also be emailed whenever a new invoice is created — the email contains a direct link to it
Steps
- Go to Billing → My Invoices. Unpaid invoices are marked clearly with their due dates.
- Click the invoice you want to pay to open it.
- Check the details: the service, the period it covers, and the total. If anything looks wrong, contact us BEFORE paying.
- Follow the payment instructions shown on the invoice and complete your payment.
- Keep your payment proof (receipt or transaction screenshot) until the invoice shows as Paid.
- Confirm: once the payment is verified on our side, the invoice status changes to Paid and a confirmation email reaches you. Services ordered against the invoice are activated or renewed at that point.
✅ Result: Invoice paid, service active, receipt safely in your email. Your next renewal invoice will be generated automatically before the next due date.
⚠ Common mistakes & fixes
- Paid, but the invoice still shows Unpaid: manual payments are applied after verification — allow some working time. If it still shows unpaid after that, open a support ticket and attach the payment proof; we'll match it immediately.
- Paying an old invoice for an expired service: check the service is still active first — if it was already terminated, ask us before paying so the money goes to the right place.
- Paying a different amount than the invoice total: partial payments leave the invoice open and the service at risk. Always pay the exact total shown.
