Need an invoice for your records, your accounts department, or a payment dispute? Every invoice you've ever been issued lives in your client area — viewable any time, and printable as a document.
Steps
- Log in to the client area → Billing → My Invoices.
- Read the list: each row shows the invoice number, the date it was created, the due date, the total, and its status — Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled or Refunded.
- Click an invoice number to open the full document — line items, taxes if any, and the payment record.
- To keep a copy: use the print/download option on the invoice page and save or print it as a PDF for your files.
- Paying from here: an Unpaid invoice can be opened and paid straight from this list (see the paying guide linked below).
✅ Result: You have the complete, official invoice document — the same one our system holds — ready for accounts, audits or support conversations.
Tip: you also receive every invoice by email when it is created. If your accounts team needs copies directly, ask them to watch for those — or download from here any time; the client-area copy is always the current one, including its Paid stamp after payment.
⚠ Common mistakes & fixes
- An invoice you don't recognize: open it before worrying — renewals for domains and services generate automatically ahead of their due dates. If a line truly isn't yours, open a support ticket and we'll explain or correct it.
- Looking for a "receipt" separately: the Paid invoice itself is your proof of payment — it shows the payment date and method once settled.
- Paying an invoice twice: check the status first. A Paid invoice cannot and need not be paid again; accidental double payments become account credit — tell us and we'll sort it out.
